Advice for Classes
What do I need to know before attending an online yoga class?
- Prepare early with plenty of time to sign-up, set up your space and to make sure your online link is working
- Avoid heavy meals before a class. Stick to a piece of fruit or something very light.
- Wear comfortable stretchy / loose clothing
- Turn your mobile phone off or put onto silent
- Let the teacher know about any conditions or injury that may affect your practice

- It is hygienic and advisable to have your own yoga mat, although they are available to borrow at all venues

What equipment do I need?
Every class is different, but please consider the below list of equipment:
- Blanket – for the end of class relaxation
- Bolster – these are props that are used to support the body. They soften postures, and aid in opening the body.
- Yoga Mat – keeping you away from the floor
- Eye covering – for the end of class relaxation
- Bottle of Water – to keep hydrated
- Towel – to keep yourself dry
