Number of Treatments

Acute or short term injuries are usually resolved in around 2-3 sessions with Bowen Therapy. However chronic or long standing injuries may require longer. It is recommended that a gap of 5 -10 days is left between each session, so that the body can process the information. 

Hypnotherapy uses hypnosis to try to treat conditions or change habits.  First, we’ll have a chat to discuss what you hope to achieve and agree what methods use. Two to four sessions are usually needed and sometimes more depending on your history and how you react to hypnosis. For physical problems like IBS, Diabetes and other long term issues like Stuttering, we first have to unlock the cause of the problem which are often deeply locked into the subconscious mind.

IFS therapy take the form of traditional talk therapy,  focusing on an individual’s internal environment and help the individual connect different parts to Self. Once in a state of Self, people in treatment will experienced increased internal harmony which often results in positive thoughts and behaviors in the external life of the individual.

Setting

• Treatments are conducted in the comfortable private office in Regina’s office at home in Upper Stoke Holy Cross. Home visit is also available at an extra charge.
• Off street parking and restroom facilities are available.

Payment

Advanced payment in order to secure your appointment payment is required. Payment can be done via cash, cheque, PayPal and bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy

Clients who provide less than 24 hours’ notice, or miss their appointment will be charged full session rate. Clients who provide less than 48 hours’ notice (but more than 24 hours) may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the session cost.
