Founded by mother-daughter duo Regina and Leandri Kerschbaumer, Earth Goddess Retreats creates transformative experiences that empower women to reconnect with their inner strength amidst the serene beauty of Costa Dorada, Spain.
With over 40 years of holistic wellness expertise, Regina blends yoga, meditation, and alternative therapies to guide participants on a journey of healing and self-discovery. Her nurturing approach inspires mindful movement, inner strength, and balance. Leandri, a seasoned chef and certified sommelier, brings culinary artistry to the retreat, crafting gourmet meals from fresh, local ingredients and pairing them with exquisite wines for a sensory wellness experience.
Together, they offer a harmonious blend of yoga, sisterhood circles, vineyard tours, and nourishing cuisine—inviting women to feel empowered, rejuvenated, and deeply connected.
The villa
Mas Santo is a beautifully restored 18th-century villa near Tarragona, offering a luxurious escape filled with Mediterranean charm. Enjoy spacious rooms, serene private gardens, and an expansive outdoor area featuring a large pool, sun loungers, and a stylish dining terrace perfect for al fresco meals under the stars.
Situated near the vibrant towns of Cubelles and Sitges, the villa provides easy access to shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions. The golden beaches of Cunit and Cubelles are just a short 7-minute drive away, making Mas Santo the perfect setting for relaxation and exploration.
The vineyards
Join us for guided tours of Catalonia’s premier wine regions:
El Penedès: The heart of Spain’s sparkling wine (Cava) production, known for its historic estates and crisp, refreshing whites from native grapes like Xarel·lo and Macabeo. Discover the artistry behind world-class Cava and rich reds crafted from Tempranillo and Garnacha. This excursion, with lunch is included in the fee.
The vineyard visit offers more than a tasting—it’s an invitation to connect with the land, meet passionate winemakers, and savor the essence of Catalonia’s wine country.
Optional on the free day we can arrange a trip to Montsant: A haven for red wine lovers, Montsant is renowned for bold, robust wines from old-vine Garnacha and Carignan. Surrounded by stunning landscapes and intimate boutique wineries, every sip is a celebration of craftsmanship.
Each vineyard tour is designed to be more than a tasting; it’s an invitation to connect with the land, learn the stories behind each bottle, and unwind in the enchanting beauty of Catalonia’s wine country.
…or if you prefer you can spend the free day to visit the nearby local beaches or a day trip to Barcelona exploring – shopping and sightseeing – along Passeig de Gracia and La Rambla.

Book your flights to Barcelona Airport (BCN).
• Arrival Day: Land before 2:00 PM if possible.
• Departure Day: Allow at least 35 minutes for your transfer to the airport.

Cancellation Policy
• 21 days or less: 100% of the retreat price is non-refundable.
• 22 to 42 days: 50% of the retreat price is non-refundable.
• 45+ days: Full refund minus the non-refundable deposit.
