An afternoon of relaxing Yin Yoga and Chakra Meditation with Regina (+3hr CPD)
Balance the seven chakras with yoga postures, sound vibration chanting and meditations.
During this workshop you will experience:
- A sequence of Yin Yoga postures to awaken the chakra energy centres
- Yang flow to reinvigorate and release stagnancies.
- Sound vibration, chanting and a chakra balancing meditation
- Closing Yoga Nidra on the chakras to rest and restore.
Yin Yoga is a meditative practice of slow, deep floor poses that are held for longer periods of time. During the yin postures we have time to explore not only the inner landscapes of the physical body but also to delve into the deeper levels of our being. This practice gives us an opportunity to work on specific target areas in both our physical and energetic bodies.
Chakras are “wheels” of energy, aligned along the spine. They are the bridge between our conscious and unconscious world and have a direct influence on our life, affecting our behaviour, feelings and emotions
