My name is Regina Kerschbaumer. I am a holistic wellbeing expert with nearly four decades of body work experience. I am the founder of Yoga Orchid, a yoga, meditation and mindfulness teacher, a practicing Bowen and IFS Therapist as well as a Hypnotherapist.

With me…it’s personal!

My passion towards helping others has driven me to where I am today. I have a holistic approach, focusing on Mind, Body and Spirit and together we will achieve great results.

I am a highly qualified Senior Yoga Teacher (SYT), endorsed by Sarah Powers of the Insight Yoga Institute with many years of extensive training and experience. My classes are suitable for people of all levels, ages and abilities. I always encourage students to get to know and honour their bodies, to concentrate mindfully on what is happening on their mat whilst working at their own ability and most of all to celebrate their individuality.

In March 2022 we relocated to Norfolk from Surrey from where I now teach weekly Yin and Yang Yoga  in Stoke Holy Cross and Norwich, as well as corporate wellness classes online. From our home in the beautiful Norfolk countryside I run small, personal, intimate, wellbeing retreats and offer private yoga, IFS and Hypnotherapy sessions in person.

Apart from yoga my other passion is travel – which I love to share with my students. Therefor Yoga Orchid offers annual (since 2009) exclusive yoga holidays and weekend retreats in England, Ireland, Morocco, Greece, South Africa, Sri Lanka and Goa.

My unique teaching style unites student and teacher in an atmosphere of fun and wellbeing, allowing them to explore the relationships between the body, breath and stillness in their yoga. I teach ‘authentic’ Yin Yoga with soft Yang flows and guided meditations.
